Position: Infrastructure Architect

Salary: $184,870-205,000/Year

Must haves:
- BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent knowledge of PLM and information technologies or minimum of 5 to 8 years of equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience deploying and maintaining Teamcenter or Xcelerator products, or minimum 5 years deploying and maintaining similar products, such as Enovia, ePMD, Windchill, Aras Innovator or Agile.
- Previous experience with Enterprise PLM, ERP or MES implementations and processes, specifically for the setup, maintenance and upgrades of test and production environments.
- Working knowledge of the information technologies such as: UNIX, LINUX, Windows Servers, heterogeneous network environments, virtualized hardware environments, web servers, cloud computing, automation scripting, proxy server, Active Directory, SAML, SSL, SSO, Java EE and .NET web tier, Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases.
- Experience working with a team of consultants performing enterprise software deployments.
- Multiple years working in a customer facing environment.
- Good communication skills at various levels throughout an organization.
- A self-starter with strong communication skills.
- CompTIA Security+ Certification.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and maintain Teamcenter and other Siemens Xcelerator products, which includes installation and upgrade activities, as well as integration with other software applications
- Assist with the design of a Deployment Architecture taking into consideration the solution requirements and infrastructure requirements, and aligned with the customer’s IT strategy, roadmap, policies, and standards.
- Defines activities to analyze, tune and monitor customer environments for optimal performance and stability for Teamcenter and Xcelerator products.
- Provide advice and support for appropriate go live and post-production activities utilizing SGT’s Best Practices.
- Support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule, and quality as well as to support the customer’s adoption activities.
